Services Provided

Attrition Consulting provides landing page design, development, and ongoing management services for local service businesses. Our services include:

Custom landing page design and development
Mobile-first responsive design
Lead capture form integration
Hosting and server management
Ongoing maintenance and optimization
Performance monitoring and reporting

Payment Terms

For Standard packages:

A one-time setup fee of $800 is due before work begins
Monthly management fees of $149 are billed in advance
Payment is due within 14 days of invoice

For Agreement packages:

$199/month for a 12-month commitment
Billed monthly in advance
No upfront setup fee

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing:

Accurate business information for content creation
Content (text, images, logos) within agreed timelines
Prompt feedback on design drafts and revisions
Timely payment according to the agreed schedule

Revisions Policy

Each project includes up to two rounds of revisions. Additional revision rounds may be billed at our standard hourly rate. Revision requests must be submitted in writing and should be related to the original scope of work.

Cancellation & Termination

For 12-month Agreement packages:

Early termination is subject to a 30-day notice period
Any remaining balance is due upon termination
Domain transfers will be completed within 10 business days of final payment

For month-to-month Standard packages, either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. All work completed and fees owed up to the termination date remain payable.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom content created for their landing page. Attrition Consulting retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless specifically requested otherwise in writing. Pre-existing tools, templates, and frameworks remain the property of Attrition Consulting.

Limitation of Liability

Attrition Consulting's liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business opportunities.

Warranties

We warrant that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. We do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to conversion rates, lead volumes, or search engine rankings. All services are provided "as is" unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable state law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
